Hello, Its been a while since I have posted anything. Had to make some adjustments with my health so I had committed the last 8 months to fixing some problems I was having. I have lost 13 lbs and am feeling a lot better. I had been a vegetarian for a long time and did not eat properly on top of that getting out of a extended period of stress really took a toll on my body. So had to fix my diet and try to figure out the damage I had done to my body. I didn't want to go to a doctor cause they wont fix the problem just mask the symptoms and that isn't what I wanted. But I am happy to report that my health has really improved. Did a lot of research into my symptoms and herbal remedies. Then POOF things got better. Diet and exercise played a big part in it also.
